  • What kind of pets do you allow? Dogs and Cats
  • How many pets may I have? 3
  • Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet? Yes.  $250 Pet Fee/$87.50 Non-refundable Sure Deposit/$20 monthly pet rent.
  • What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?  Government issued photo ID
  • What are your fees and monthly charges? $75 Application Fee/$175 Administrative Fee/$131.25-$275 Non-refundable Sure Deposit (depends on credit.
  • What are the income and credit qualifications?  Income required is a minimum of 3 times the monthly rent.
  • What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?  Paystubs, Leave and Earning Statement, Offer Letter, Bank Statement along with Tax information.
  • Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year? Yes
  • What utilities are included in my lease? Utilities are all billed separately
  • How long is the term of the lease? We offer 3.-12 month lease terms
  • Do you accept leases for short terms? Minimum of 3 month lease term
  • Am I required to have renters’ insurance? Yes
  • Do you offer furnished apartments? Yes
  • Do you offer corporate apartments? Yes
  • If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it? Can be reported verbally, in writing or on resident portal
  • When is my rent payment due? 1st of the month
  • What day of the month am I liable for a late charge? 4th of the month

  • Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours? Yes, Online
